Return Policy

We greatly value all of our customers and want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase.  That's why we offer a risk-free 30-day guarantee with any product you purchase.  If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply send back the item within 30-days of you receiving your purchase and we will fully refund you with no questions asked.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Buyer is also responsible for the cost of return shipping to our facility in Los Angeles, CA. As return shipping remains the responsibility of the buyer, we advise using a trackable shipping provider like USPS Priority Mail or another carrier, i.e. UPS, FEDEX. 


Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment within 10-14 business days following receipt of your returned item, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
